GRISWOLD, GEORGIA FULL LENGTH PIKE An original, complete, and full length Georgia pike, made by Samuel Griswold (American 1790-1867), the fully cast and fully stamped; "S griswold", clover shaped fighting spike is bound to the pole with multiple langets, an inner tang and a ferruled collar, the shaft on the oak pole expands in width to 9" then before it reaches the end of the shaft the pole tapers back down and terminates into a black painted fully rounded butt. Approximate measurements: metal pike top l. 11" w. 7" overall l. 82"
